When you fill in the contact or consultation form, we collect:

• Your name and mobile number (required, so we can contact you).
• Your business sector and the service you need (required, to understand your request).
• Company name, details of your needs and preferred contact time (optional).
• Your consent record: the consent text, its version and time, and your marketing choice.
• Visit source: campaign parameters in the link (such as utm_source) and the referring page.

When you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we keep what you share in that conversation. We never ask for sensitive data; please don't include any in the needs field.

• To answer your request and arrange your consultation.
• To understand your business and prepare a suitable proposal.
• To send marketing tips and offers, only if you opt in with the separate checkbox.
• To measure website and campaign performance in aggregate, without identifying you.
• To protect the website against spam and abuse.
• To meet our legal obligations where required.

We process form data on the basis of your explicit consent, given by ticking the consent box. Marketing consent is separate and optional, and answering your request never depends on it. You can withdraw any consent at any time; this does not affect processing carried out before you withdrew it.

We don't sell or rent your data. We share it only with technology providers that process it on our behalf, on our instructions, and only as far as needed:

• Website hosting and aggregate visitor analytics (Vercel).
• Email delivery of request notifications (Resend).
• Lead-tracking tools such as a spreadsheet or CRM, if used.
• Spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile), if enabled.
• WhatsApp (Meta), when you contact us there.

We may also disclose data to competent authorities when the law requires it.

Some of these providers store data outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (for example in the United States or Europe). When your data is transferred, we limit it to the minimum needed and rely on the safeguards set out in the PDPL and its Regulation on Personal Data Transfer outside the Kingdom.

• Requests that don't lead to a contract: up to 24 months after the last contact, then deleted or anonymized.
• Client data: for the duration of the contract, then as long as the law requires.
• Consent records: as long as needed to demonstrate consent.

Under the PDPL you have the right to:

• Be informed about how and why your data is collected and processed.
• Access your data and receive a copy in a readable format.
• Ask us to correct, complete or update your data.
• Ask us to destroy your data when it is no longer needed.
• Withdraw your consent at any time and stop marketing messages.

To exercise any of these rights, email elevenbd13@gmail.com. We reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA).

Data travels over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and only team members who need it to serve you can access it. If a breach affects your data, we handle it and notify the competent authorities within the deadlines the law sets.

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to measure visits and site performance in aggregate. These tools don't use cookies and don't track you across websites. We currently use no advertising pixels. If we add them, we will ask for your consent before they run and update this policy.

Our services are for businesses and business owners. We don't knowingly collect children's data.

We may update this policy when our practices or the law change. The updated version is published on this page with its date, and for material changes we ask for your consent again where required.
